Our Method

Initial Meeting

As the trial setting approaches, we meet with the attorneys, legal assistants and/or experts, as necessary, to be briefed on what is needed. At that point, we take your rough ideas and refine them into comprehensible visuals, which may include the following:

• Existing documents requiring enlargement
• Specific graphics to illustrate arguments or make comparisons
• Chronology of events

Time Frame:

We work with your trial team to establish a time frame to proof and complete graphics Usually within 24 hours, we provide a proof. Necessary revisions are discussed at this time. Once designs are approved by the trial team, the exhibits are produced at final size and promptly delivered.

Production:
All aspects, from graphic design to mounting and laminating, are produced in-house by our capable support team.

Deadlines & Deliveries:
Our staff is conscious of deadlines and aware of the daily demands of a trial. We can deliver finished exhibits to your offices, to the courthouse, or ship, as you require.
